Yes we do! Real estate agents travel all around to meet the demand of their customers and so do we. For all shoots over 30 miles from our office, we bill $50 for every additional 20 miles one way.

Example: A property 75 miles from the office would cost $150 in traveling expenses.

0-30 miles (no charge), miles 31-50 ($50), miles 51-70 ($50), miles 71-90 ($50) = $150 travel fee.

Depending on the size of the property, services ordered, and any outside circumstances, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2+ hours.

Here at PrimeVue we offer multiple solutions to your Real Estate needs; requiring their own time frame. The following are the estimated timeframes depending on volume at time of order:

- interior/exterior photo's: 24-48hrs (includes drone and twilight photos)

- videos: 24-72hrs (depending on video package ordered)

- 2D floor plans: less than 24hrs. You can add a 6hr turnaround time for additional fee.

- 3D floor plans/ video renders: max of 48hrs for orders under 5,000 sq/ft. For orders exceeding 5,000 sq/ft, the turnaround time will be between 3-5 days

Sunny days and clear skies are optimal weather conditions but that's not always possible. The following is how we handle different weather conditions:

Cloudy days and light rain - we can still make your property look great with sky replacements

Downpour - We can split the shoots into 2 sessions, possibly on the same day if time allows. Interiors while it's raining, and exteriors at another time.

Reschedule - we can definitely reschedule to insure we capture the best results. Their may be a reschedule fee if not done at least 24hrs be the scheduled shoot.

Each customer will receive a "Home Prep Checklist" at the time of order that will guide you in preparing your property to be displayed in its best form.

It is up to the property owner whether or not they prefer to be on site at the time of the photoshoot. Our preference is that the home is staged, ready for the session, and no one is home. This allows us to completely focus on all aspects of the photoshoot without any interruptions, ensuring the best possible results.

Depending on the size of the property and the type of order, you may receive anywhere from 25-75 photos

While we may do some slight straightening and moving of items to ensure the best possible outcome, if the property is not ready we will reach out to reschedule. At that time there will be a reschedule fee applied.

Galleries will remain live online for 90 days. We suggest you immediately download and back them up. After 90 days the galleries may be removed.

It's simple. Give us a call, send us a text or cancel through your confirmation email at least 24hr before scheduled appointment to avoid any reschedule or cancellation fee.
